These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of thedonahuefirm.com/ (the “Site”) and any services provided by The Donahue Firm — also doing business as CJ Donahue and Litigation Logic — (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The Donahue Firm, CJ Donahue, and Litigation Logic are trade names of the same professional services firm. By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

The Donahue Firm provides trial consulting services on a limited basis. We are not accepting new engagements at this time. Existing clients with active engagements are subject to the terms of their individual service agreements, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Nothing on this Site or in any communication from The Donahue Firm creates an attorney-client relationship. We are a consulting firm, not a law firm, and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.

Payment

All fees for services are outlined in individual engagement agreements. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. All fees are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, and materials — is the property of The Donahue Firm and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission. Work product delivered under a service engagement is subject to the terms of that engagement agreement.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, case details, or work product to third parties without client consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Donahue Firm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that engagement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Alaska.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
